My protocol for Blacking out plates is:
-If in a public area with known security cameras: dont have to block
-If your own car: Its up to you if you care enough to
-If its not your own car and not in public: ask

Right on. It is indeed my car (I guess that's a given?) but I just wasn't sure if it mattered. Now I know. Thanks!

Its really up to you If you want your license plate on the internet. Its not like that can reveal anything about you, but some people dont like to show it. Also thats just my protocol, Its not official in any way, shape or form. But, I havent gotten yelled at by the owners of cars, or mods here so I guess its ok

It seems to me you walked OUT of your garage, seeing as how it's parked in the driveway..

Is that house in the San Diego area? They all seem to be missing the grassy area between the sidewalk and the street.

Haha close (relatively, anyway... sort of?), it's in a suburb about 45 mins. north of LA.
